JOB TITLE: Sales Coordinator

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented person with excellent interpersonal people and phone skills. Duties include providing administrative support and assisting with daily office operations and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of the organization. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for handling communications and maintaining records while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.

Will work independently as well as a team to manage customer accounts. Will be responsible for both domestic and international customer initial communications. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, greeting guests, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
• Evaluate and process incoming leads through the initial sales process.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful previous experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other office software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hiring salary range TBD, depending on education and experience; medical plan after 1 month; company 401k retirement plan with matching after 1 year; paid holidays.
